Aaryav Seth is an 11th-grade student who is passionate about computational sustainability, renewable energy systems, and using technology to solve environmental problems. During his schooling, Aaryav has achieved a high standard of performance and has been awarded several Scholar Badges, Blue Blazers, and Blue Badges. Aaryav also participates in various mathematical competitions and problem-solving initiatives outside of school, and has won 1st place at the ETHOS Inter-School Sudoku Competition and helped organize large mathematics events while at school. Additionally, Aaryav has pursued music as a guitarist for over ten years and has completed Trinity Rock and Pop examinations, and through these experiences has developed self-discipline, creativity, and a sense of persistence.

With PHASE, Aaryav wishes to integrate analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and community engagement into the solution of energy access and sustainability problems. He believes that there can be significant environmental improvements when actions are based on having good information. Youth, he believes, can provide an essential contribution while creating communities that are more energy efficient and environmentally sustainable.
